  General Notes:

Sat 6th October 2001 - June rushed into hospital with severe back pains. All painkillers not working.
Had MRI scan and CT scan on Tuesday 9th, results on Wed 10th, found secondary cancer all over body, especially hip area / womb?
Also has fluid on the lungs.
Moved from General Hospital to Hospice care at Mont Conchon, about week later.

June and Martyn been together 47 years, were engaged 11 years according to Val.

June married Martyn John Chatel, son of Edward John Chatel and Iris Gladys Tucker, on 27 Sep 1963 in St.Lukes Church, Jersey. (Martyn John Chatel was born on 22 Oct 1934 in Georgetown Park Estate - "Sunnydale" , and was christened on 25 Oct 1934 in Chr. St.Pauls Church, New St. Jersey..)
